It is my pleasure to inform you that the ability to print your QuickBooks Online W2 forms on 4-part perforated paper is now available! In order to set this up, see the instructions below:
Payroll Form Printing Preferences
- From QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Payroll Settings.
- Under Preferences, click Form Printing.
- Select either 3-part or 4-part perforated paper and click Okay.
