How to cancel your subscription with pending Fed taxes payment

Hello, I don't need Payroll anymore but have a small Pending Fed taxes amount to pay on 11/15/2018. I can schedule via Epay but the subscription fee will be charged on 11/13.

Can I cancel Payroll subscription today ?
