Thanks for checking in with us, jrussel1.

I'm here to help and provide you with some information about tips in QuickBooks.

In order to properly taxed and add the tips to wages, you may want to check the employee's settings. After checking, you can delete and recreate the paychecks.

Here's how:

  1. Locate and open the paycheck.
  2. Click Delete at the top.
  3. Choose Delete Check.

Create paychecks:

  1. Click Employees at the top.
  2. Select Pay Employees.
  3. Choose the employee, and enter the paycheck details.
  4. Hit Save & Close and click Continue.
  5. Click Create Paychecks.

Once done, you can check the tips again if it's taxed properly and added to wages.

Here's a helpful article with details information: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1774608-report-tips-in-and-out-on-employee-paychecks-in-quickb....

Fill me in if you need more help in adding the tips to wages. Have a good one.
