I have tried all solutions listed to turn off the Quickbooks Payments pop-up.  I have gone into Preferences and checked the box to Turn off pop-up messages and it still pops up.  I have unchecked the Allow background downloading of service messages under Preferences - Service Connection and it still pops up.  Even after doing the upgrade to 2019 it still pops up.

This is extremely annoying and makes me believe that Intuit is doing this on purpose.

Has anyone successfully stopped this pop up?
