Hi there, Walker RX

Let's repair QuickBooks that can resolve program-related issues. Here's how:

  1. Make sure to create a backup copy of your company file. Follow this guide article on how to do that: Create Backup Of The QuickBooks Desktop Company File.
  2. Select Start and then Control Panel. (In Windows 8/8.1: From the Start menu, open Search and type Control Panel. From the results, select Control Panel.)
  3. Select Programs and Features. If necessary, choose Uninstall a program.
Note: If you don't see these options, select Programs, then Program Features.
  4. Select QuickBooks in the list of programs and choose Uninstall/Change.
  5. Select Continue, then, Next.
  6. Select Repair then Next. Wait for the repair to complete.
  7. Choose Finish,  then restart your computer if prompted.

Once done, re-open QuickBooks and check if the Help function is already working. You can also reply to this thread if you have follow-up questions.
