Hello e4,

I see you’ve been through a lot trying to fix this type of error. Going back and forth isn’t easy, but rest assured I’m here to guide you, so this matter gets resolved.

We’ve had investigation cases on this before and our product engineers are able to resolve it. The steps given by my colleague @BettyJaneB above are the suggested solution to remove the Error 3371.

Some customers are able to get back to business through this suggestion. Meanwhile, those who are still seeing the same, we’d need to dig deeper as to what’s causing the error to reoccur.

For us to look for additional resolution specifically to your company file, I’d recommend contacting us. Our specialists can securely access your account and use additional tools to better isolate the situation.

To reach us:

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
  2. If asked, choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

Please know that you’re not alone on this. We’re all here to make it up and ensure you can access your company file as soon as possible.

Don’t hesitate to update me as to how things go. I’ll keep an eye out for your response and make sure you’ll get back up and running.
