I'm here to provide some insight into your concern about printing W-2 forms on a 3-part paper.

 

Our Product Developers are working hard to fix the ongoing printing issues in QBO and IOP as quickly as possible. I'll be sending my feedback as well to our own internal product enhancement list that we'll be sent directly to them.

 

Users who already reach out to our Phone/Chat Support Specialists will be added directly to the list of affected users. You'll receive updates about the progress via Email.

 

In case you need to reach out to them, I'll be adding the steps below:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose a topic.
  4. Scroll down and click Get Phone Number or Start a Message.
