I'll walk you through edit the recurring template to stop it from automatically creating every 30 days. Please follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions. 
2. Look for the quote template and click edit under the Action column.
3. Click the drop-down list for Type and select Unscheduled. 
4. Click Save template.
