Let’s try to check if this has something to do with your browser by doing the process again through a private window. Here’s how:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works fine, you can clear your browser’s cache or switch to a different one. Overloaded files stored in your browser can sometimes cause some issues when running the program. 
Though, if the same issue continues, I’d recommend contacting our support team. They have extra tools like screen sharing that can help you investigate and fix the issue. Here’s how to reach them:

  1. Click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Provide the brief explanation about your concern. 
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Select Get a callback.
