Another procedure:
1. File > Create backup > ...follow instructions....
2. File > Close company > ...follow instructions....
3. File > Restore Previous Local Backup > ...follow instructions.... > in Save Company File as select desired folder and save company file there.
BTW: instead worrying about Company files (QBW, ND, DSN and TLG) it is better to backup QBB files to an external non-internet-connected device/location. That way you will protect yourself against HD/Motherboard failures and ransomware.
