Hello there, @topdogpettraining.

 

Welcome to the Community space. As mentioned by BRC, you can create a custom field for the dog's name. I'll show you how:

  1. Click Customers.
  2. Choose Customer Center.
  3. Under the Customers & Jobs tab, double-click the customer name.
  4. Go to the Additional Info tab.
  5. Click Define Fields.
  6. Add a field for Dog name.
  7. Click OK.
  8. On the designated field, enter the dog's name.
  9. Click OK to save changes.
