Thanks for checking in with us. I'd like this to be taken care of.

 

By default, Tracking Number and shipping costs will appear directly on the Sales Receipt. While this option to exclude the shipping cost is not yet available, I'd appreciate if you'd let the Product Development Team know about this option. You can do this by sending them feedback.

Here's how:

  1. Choose the Help menu.
  2. Click Send Feedback Online.
  3. Select Product Suggestion.
  4. Enter your feature request.
  5. Click Send Feedback.
