Hi there, rackliffelock.

 

We can resolve program-related issues like this by repairing QuickBooks Desktop. Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Open your Windows' Control Panel and select Programs and Features. If you don't see the option, select Programs, and then Program Features.
  2. Select QuickBooks and click Uninstall/Change.
  3. Click Continue, then click Next.
  4. Click Repair and click Next.
  5. After the repair is complete, click Finish.

Once done, restart your computer. Then, open the file once again to check if that works.
