Opening the attachment file in your Desktop Mac may depend on the compatibility of your new OS. To check this further, let me route you to our Desktop Care support for Mac. They have extra tools to dig deeper into this in a secure environment.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
  3. Choose a topic and click the Get Phone Number tab at the bottom.

Our Mac support will look into this and ensure you can successfully open your file.
