You'll likely need to upgrade a few years on the Windows side first, there are trial versions available for that. Run the verify and rebuild utilities then copy the company file for Mac, you should find that under utilities. Move that file to the documents folder on your Mac. Open the file with QB Mac and run the verify and rebuild utilities again.
