• Repairing QuickBooks.
• Verifying the version of your Microsoft Excel.
• Toggling the User Account Control (UAC) in Windows.
• Repairing MS Office.

However, if none of these works for you, I'd suggest reaching out to Microsoft. This way, they'll be able to check the connection between their application into our software.
