Join nowI'd like to believe it's an internet connection issue. However, my office is in NYC with a very strong and reliable connection. I've also been using Qb and the server for at least 3 years without this problem. It only started happening when I switched to the 2019 version last week. Lastly, please also understand that at any given time the host is sharing 8-10 company files. When we "lose" files from the server, it's typically only 1-5 at a time. If it were an internet connection issue, wouldn't we lose them all?
