Sending your estimates with attachments is my priority, @Anonymous.

I'd like to provide you with ways to get your QuickBooks software working as it was before.

First, let's ensure QuickBooks is updated to its latest version. Once completed and you're still getting the same result, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps for possible company file damage to isolate the error you've received.

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Create a backup copy of your company file.
  3. Go to Start.
  4. Choose Control Panel.
  5. Select Programs and Features.
  6. Click Uninstall a program.
  7. Look for the QuickBooks program.
    1. Choose Uninstall/Change.
    2. Click Continue, then Next.
    3. Select Repair, then Next.
  8. Once completed, click Finish.

Once completed, let's close and open QuickBooks to make sure all components are updated. You can now try to send a dummy estimate to your personal email.
