Let's check to see if the invoice template is not damaged, ShadyLady.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click File, then select Utilities.
  2. Click Rebuild Data.
  3. Click OK when you see Rebuild has completed.

Then, run the Verify Data Utility Tool.

  1. Click File, then select Utilities.
  2. Click Verify Data. If you see QuickBooks detected no problem with your data, select OK
