Thank you for joining this thread. I can help you turn off the Billable checkbox.
- Click Edit.
- Choose Preferences.
- Select the Time & Expenses tab.
- Choose the Company Preferences.
- Uncheck the Mark all expenses as billable box.
- Click OK to save changes.
