Allow me to join the conversation and help enter class specification on your transactions.

 

It appears that you haven't turned on your class tracking yet that's why you can't view this even if you specify the class specification on each of your transactions. Let me provide you with the following steps below to ensure your class tracking is on.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Preferences.
  2. Click Transaction.
  3. Then select Track Class.

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
  3. Select a topic and click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
