I'm here to take care of you. Let me help you run a report for the credit card tips from GoPayment.

If you've assigned a specific account for the credit card tips then, we can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report. This report lists individual transactions, subtotaled by each account on your chart of accounts.

Here's how:

1. Click Reports on the left pane.
2. Enter and select Transaction Detail by Account.
3. Select the Customize button.
4. Click the Filter section.
5. Select the specific account under Distribution Account drop-down.
6. Click Run Report.

If the payment and tips were recorded using the same account, we currently don't have a report that'll show their breakdown. I suggest contacting our Merchant Services Team Support. They'll be able to help you get the data you need.
