Hi, @MrMojo.

 

Please allow me to clarify. I was responding to @jdklein33 in my last post. They had mentioned having a similar issue with Windows 10 and had not found any steps for troubleshooting. Earlier in the thread, I offered troubleshooting steps for Mac specifically. If you have any questions for me about this, I'd be happy to answer.
