Looking at the report screen shots it appears they are all for 2018 and not including 2017 in the date ranges.  I know the date range controls can exhibit problems sometimes - try using the tab key to move between them rather than clicking and see if that makes a difference.

Also sometimes the reports only list the most recent year for transactions - this has something to do with closing the books.  I'm not sure that is the case here but it is behavior built into the program.  One of the pro advisors may be able to describe the exact situation where this occurs.  

Retained earnings might be related to this - some things are calculated on the fly rather than being from the data itself.  This is especially true if your are using Cash Basis instead of Accrual for the reporting basis.  Check that setting on the report itself - try both and see if that gives you what you want.
