I'd be more that happy to help guide you on how to pull up the quarterly report in Quickbooks Desktop. 

 

You can pull up the Payroll Summary report, this will show a list of all paychecks for a certain period of time, like last year or last quarter, along with details including total wages, taxes withheld, and deductions.

 

Here's how:

  1. At the top menu bar, select Reports.
  2. Go to Employees & Payroll.
  3. Choose Payroll Summary
  4. Change the date range.

However, if you're trying to pull up the quarterly forms in QuickBooks. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Click Employees.
  2. Go to Payroll Center
  3. Select File Forms
  4. Look for the quarterly tax form you need.
