Hello there, @Anonymous.

 

Currently, the ability to create a Year-End Contribution Statement is not yet available. What you can do is to generate the Sales by Customer Detail report and send it to your Donors.

 

First, let's prepare the email template that will be used in sending the report to your Donors.

  1. Click the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. On the Sales tab, edit Messages.
    • Sales Form = Statement / Sales Receipt
    • Use Greeting: To: [Display Name]
    • Subject = “Donor Statement from [your company]”
    • Email Message: “The attached donor statement acknowledges your generous contribution. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution. Please retain this for your records. Thank you for your support! [your company signature]”.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Hit Done.

Once completed, here's how to generate the Sales by Customer Detail report:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose Sales by Customer Detail.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. In the Rows/Columns section, click the Change Columns.
  5. Select Customers.
  6. Click Run Report.

To create a Statement, here's how:

  1. Click the Plus Icon.
  2. Go to Statements.
  3. Select the Transaction Statement.
  4. Choose All Customer Balance.
  5. Select the date range of the statement.
  6. Click Save and Send.

That should do it! This will allow you to prepare a Year-End Contribution Statement.
