I'm very much in favor of checklists @JulieatTheWELL! I have a few different lists for passwords and client work flows that I created when I first started working with my father. I needed them to remember what the heck I was doing because everything was so foreign to me. I do update these lists when necessary and one day they will come in handy for a new employee or two!!
