How to add company TRN Number to our invoices

I'm here to help ensure you're able to add company TRN to your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can go to the Custom form Styles panel to customize an invoice and add the company registration number.

Here's how:

1. Tap the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
3. Click Edit on the invoice.
4. Choose Content.
5. Hit the Header part on the sample invoice.
6. Click the Company registration number link and enter the company tax number in the CRN field.
7. Click Done.
