Searching for tagged transactions now returns no results. Chatted w/ agent, agent said QB is removing this feature and will be notifying users soon. Is this true or BS?

The Tags feature's availability may depend on the region. It is currently unavailable in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) International versions. The system is continuously spreading out this capability to new businesses in the hopes that tags will soon be enabled for everyone.

In the meantime, you can use the class tracking feature to get more details on your sales, expenses, or profitability for each part of your business if you have the QBO Plus version.
