I’ve loaded qbooks I have a Licence No and productLoaded on my computerIt’s asking for a validation code

Hi there, plsdma.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you need some clarification regarding the validation code. Allow me to clarify the situation for you.

The validation code you mentioned is specifically used for QuickBooks Desktop, not QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is a separate software application installed on your computer, while QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based accounting platform accessed through a web browser.

In QuickBooks Desktop, the validation code is a unique alphanumeric code required during the installation process to verify the authenticity of the software license. This code is provided to you when you purchase QuickBooks Desktop and is used to activate and register the software on your computer.

On the other hand, QuickBooks Online does not require a validation code for activation or registration. Instead, you sign up for a QuickBooks Online subscription and access your account using your login credentials.

I apologize for any confusion caused by the mention of a validation code. If you are using QuickBooks Online, you can disregard any references to the validation code, as it does not apply to the online version.

However, if you're using QuickBooks desktop, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team since QBDT isn't supported in your country.

To contact support, here's how:

1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. In the Have a Question window, scroll down to click the Contact Us link.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with QuickBooks Online or any other related matters, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are here to help. Have a great day!
