Hello, @user05678.

I have just the workaround that your business needs to successfully subscribe via net banking.

Here are a few things to check:

  • Ensure that there are no special characters in your billing address.
  • Guarantee that all fields in the payment method screen are filled in.
  • Double-check the bank's data such as expiration date, account number.
  • Guarantee that your net banking is authorized electronically

If there's information that needs to modify, please update your billing information by following the steps below.

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon and choose Account and settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. Click Edit ✎ for your Payment Method.

4. Update your billing info.

5. Tap Save.

Once the information is correct but still unable to go through, I'd recommend to subscribe it again through incognito.

Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you're able to do so, please go back to your usual browser and clear the cache to speed up your overall browsing experience. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too.

Additionally, feel free to visit this link about handling subscriptions, credentials, and other business information: Manage Your Account.

Lastly, can I ask if you received a specific error message while trying to subscribe to your account via net banking? I appreciate any further information so I can give accurate resolutions.

I'll be waiting for your reply. Take care always.
