I'm here to make sure you can your accountant can sign in to your account, @useralmelhi111.
If you'd like to give your accountant access to your company, you'll have to send them an invitation. Let me show how:
Log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Go to the Settings ⚙️ icon and then choose Manage Users.
Click Add User and then select Company admin.
Check This user is my accountant and click Next.
Enter the accountant's name and email address and press Save.
Click Next and choose Finish.
Once done, your accountant will receive an email with a link to sign in to your QBO company. They will be asked to create a user ID before signing in. Their status will remain Invited on the Manage Users page until your accountant signs in. After accepting the invitation, their status changes to Active.
If your accountant still unable to sign in, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. Let's log in to your account using a private browser. This mode will not save any history, making it a great place to identify browser issues.
Access your QBO account in a private/incognito browser. You may use these shortcut keys that I've listed below:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Then, let your accountant sign in. If it shows, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete stored site data and improve the system performance. Also, you can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary problem with QuickBooks.
