I get the message "unable to get transactions for 1 account. Fix now". But, when I click on "fix now" nothing happens. The link doesn't seem to work.

The notification "Unable to get transactions for 1 account" occurs when the connection between QuickBooks and your bank is disrupted. This can happen for a few reasons, such as:

• Changes in your bank’s website or a server update.
• Updates to your account credentials (username, password, or login details).
• Your bank is issuing a new account or credit card number.
• The connected account is being closed or deactivated by your bank.

Since the Fix Now option isn’t working, we can manually update your bank.

If the issue continues after manually updating, disconnecting and reconnecting your bank account is another way to resolve the error message you encounter.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the Bank transaction page and click on the account with the issue.
2. Click the pencil icon, then choose Edit account info.
3. Check the box that says Disconnect this account on save, then click Save.

Keep in mind to categorize any pending transactions in the For Review tab before disconnecting your bank account.

Once disconnected, reconnect the account by clicking Link Account and following the prompts to set it up again.
