If you see Providus Bank listed when attempting to connect your bank account in QBO, it indicates that the connection is available.

To check, follow these steps:

1. In the left menu, click Transactions and select Bank transactions.
2. If this is your first time connecting a bank account, click Connect account. If not, select the Link account button in the upper-right corner.
3. Search for Providus Bank by name or URL and select it from the list.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

If Providus Bank doesn't appear in the list, you can manually upload your transactions instead.
