Can you also tell us what happens every time your accountant tries to click the Undo button? 

If the button is missing or not responding at all, a possible browser issue might have caused this feature to not properly. Let me share some steps that your accountant can follow to resolve common browser issues.

Inform your accountant to switch to an incognito or private browsing session. These keyboard shortcuts can start a session depending on the browser that you're accountant is using:

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P  for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari

Once done, let your accountant log back in and check if the Undo button is already showing up or responding.
