Let me share some information about the message in QuickBooks Online.

It usually happens when the account attached to your billing is no longer active or required an update to the stored information. I suggest checking the details and make sure to sign in as  the master admin or company admin to make the changes.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. From the left menu, click Billing Subscription.
3. Select the Pencil icon beside your payment method.
4. Update your credit card info.
5. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
6. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

Also, please check out the list below for the unsupported payment methods:

• Mailed-in checks
• eCheck or ACH billing
• Prepaid or gift credit cards. These typically have "Valued Customer" as the name on the card.
• Cards not linked to a bank. For example, reloadable "cash" cards with credit card logos
• PayPal and other similar payments types

1. In your company, go the Help icon to choose Contact Us.
2. Type the issue/topic under the What can we help you with section and then hit the Let’s talk button.
3. Scroll down to select the necessary option.
