Hi thanks for your reply. I don’t have help and feedback on my app only help and this doesn’t give me the option to refresh or do anything else. Thanks

I appreciate your time for taking the steps my colleague provided, Simon. Let me go over some details about refreshing your data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can update your data as long as you're connected to the internet. Doing so will refresh it to see the latest data in your QBO application.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Click iPhone Storage, then QuickBooks Online app.
  4. Tap Offload App.
  5. This action will help to free up storage space without deleting any of your app's documents and data.

After this, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application to start fresh, then restart your device.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Additionally, you might want to visit this article and learn how to categorise transactions uploaded to QuickBooks Online: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'm always up if you need additional assistance managing bank transactions in QBO. Kindly leave a comment and I'll keep an eye out for it. Have a wonderful day.
