How do I move a Quickbooksonlne business to QBO accountant?

Hello Jnd1, 

 

You cant move the QuickBooks business to qbo accountant, you would have to get an accountants package and then add the qbo business on as a client. or export out of the business one and into the accountants one if it is for the same company.

Yes I have a qbo accountant licence in  existence already with this business set up as a client. I just cant find an easy way of moving the existing QBO business.. I was expecting a simple transfer without having to download /upload trsnsactions or anything like that....??

At this time, you can only export and import your lists data between QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant. You can read through this article to learn more: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
