I am trying to inactive my items listing and i have got error from your end

Can you please provide us with additional information about the error you're encountering? Any further details would be much appreciated for narrowing down this issue.

Making inactive default items (automatically created with the company) such as Services, Hours and Items with active revenue is not possible in QuickBooks Online.

For default items, they can add Z at the beginning to make them appear at the bottom of lists.

For items with active revenue schedule, you'll have to edit the item and uncheck the I sell this product/service to my customer's option.

If those items are not default and have no active revenue, perform the browser troubleshooting, these are the steps:

1. Restart your browser.
2. Use another browser like Incognito.
3. Clear your browser’s cache and browsing history.
