I purchased Quickbooks Pro on 4/16 ans am unable to download it. Error says License number and product code not recognized. I'm also unable to fins it in my account as purchased???

Let me help you get past the error message and download your QuickBooks Desktop, KR59.

You'll encounter this error when your license number and product code doesn't match. Just look for the brightly coloured sticker on the original CD envelope. That's where you can find the license number and product code.

1. Click the Help icon on the top menu. 
2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help. 
3. Tap Contact us.
4. Select QuickBooks Setup&Navigation and select File Setup & Management. 
5. Choose Start a Message or Get Phone Number to connect with our support.

Did you purchase the license directly or thru a partner/reseller? Hopefully you didn't purchase the license for QB Desktop US nor CA version.
