The partial data fetch exception error you’ve received indicates that there’s a temporary sync glitch or a corrupted app cache. To fix this, ensure your app is updated to the latest version and refresh your data so QuickBooks runs smoothly.

Here's how:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap the Gear icon.
  2. Select Refresh data. It may take a few minutes.
  3. Click Refresh to confirm.

For Android:

  1. 1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options⋮.
  2. Tap the Gear icon, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

You can also uninstall and reinstall the app to clear out any deeply corrupted cache files and ensure you are running the latest version.
