How can I print 2022 W2s? I am on the Archived Forms page, I can select the W-2 option, but it does not have a Print option

Hi, Stacey. I'll gladly walk you through how to print your W2 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When printing W2 forms, you have to view them so you'll be directed to a new tab where you have the option to print the form. I'll show you how.

Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
From the Archived forms section, select the date range you need, or search the forms you need.
Select View on the W-2 form you want to print. The sample below is a 941 form.
Select the print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then select Print again.

There is no option to "view" on archived forms.

You can open your account in an incognito or private window to verify. Incognito Mode is an online privacy feature that prevents your browsing history from being stored. This mode lets applications run smoothly without any data damage.
