Hello ~  On May 25, 2026 Intuit took out $1,149.00 from my credit card on file, but now I am receiving a notice that I need to pay again, or QuickBooks will

not allow me access to my accounts?   Is this correct? or a scam

You can double-check the legitimacy of the email by checking the sender's domain, since your payment was already processed on May 23, 2026. Scammers often pretend to be companies like Intuit to trick customers into making payments.

Legitimate emails always originate from @intuit.com, for example: @account.intuit.com. Official pages use domains such as quickbooks.intuit.com.

If the email address uses an unfamiliar domain, do not click any links or open attachments. Forward the email to security@intuit.com and immediately delete it from your inbox to protect your account.
