Invoices that have been printed and marked printed, show up again in print later

I hear your worries. You can reload your QuickBooks Online (QBO) page, as the system might not have processed the changes yet.

Also, make sure that after you mark your invoice as printed, the Print Later option is toggled off. QuickBooks usually does this automatically, but it’s wise to double-check. If the box remains checked, the invoice will stay in the "to be printed" queue.

If the issue persists, you can do some basic browser troubleshooting. Sometimes, a full browser cache can affect how QuickBooks works and cause unusual behavior. You can use an incognito or private browsing window to bypass the cache. Alternatively, you can use a different web browser.
