Never received gift card survey i got tried email support no response

I tried emailing support nobody responds. My email was [email removed] if anyone could investigate further that would be helpful

Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
Click Contact Us.
Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue, then Continue with my account.
We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and click Continue.
Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

I tried that they just say its a different department and they give me their email.

Good day! We'd want to make sure that we get this sorted out for you, Lmrcpa12.

I'd like to ask first what promotion you joined to receive a gift card? Can you tell us if you're a beta tester? This is for us to make sure that we'll be giving you the right steps and information to sort this out.

In the meantime, I'd like to inform you that gift certificates are usually processed at the end of the month and can take 4-10 weeks to process. If you're a beta tester, the awards will be sent to you at the email tied to your tester profile and will come from Intuit.

There's also contact information included in the communication we sent you if you participated in a testing or research conducted. It includes the researcher's name and email address so you can reach out to them about the gift card.
