QBO Downloads won't open on my computer. All others will, just QB won't open

Hello, ML44.

Are you referring to the downloaded transactions from your bank account? I need more information about the QBO download you mentioned to provide the best course of action to resolve this.

The QBO file is an electronic bank statement obtained from a financial institution's website. Many users have difficulty opening the .qbo file on their computer since they need the right software or to figure out in what format they are trying to open the file.

You can open the QBO file by double-clicking it, and the default associated application will assist you in opening the file. If you're having trouble opening the file using this method, it could be because you don't have the correct application to view or edit the QBO file.

You could look for a third-party application that will allow you to open or convert the file to CSV format. To do this, go to the Apps menu within QuickBooks Online or use this link to find one: QuickBooks Apps.

In addition, I've added this article if you want to bring those bank transactions to QuickBooks Online: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with the QBO downloads. I'll be right here to assist you whenever you need additional information.
