We are a non profit and can't find the Balance Sheet report option in QuickBooks online. How do we find it?

Adding to BRC's answer, you can access the Balance Sheet report from the Reports page. Let me guide you how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Scroll down and find the Balance Sheet report from the list.
3. You can also search the report from the search field.

If you're still unable to locate the report, try doing the steps using a private browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can view the report using the private window, you can shift back to your regular browser (Ctrl + N) and clear its cache. In case private browsing fails, let's try switching to a different browser. I need to check if the browser settings is causing the error to appear.
