Question

How do you choose your gmail address when sending batched invoices? When I click to send multiple invoices as a batch there is no option to update my gmail address.

The program just sends the invoices with the default Intuit email address. But if I send an invoice alone a screen pops up with my gmail address as the default. But this screen does not pop up with batch invoicing, even though the batched invoices checked are to the same client.

While you can change your Gmail address when sending invoices one at a time, this option is currently unavailable for batched invoices, gbabywoods.

Please fix this feature! My customers are telling me they won't accept any invoice sent from the Intuit "notifications" email address. They've blocked it on their mail server due to excessive spam/phishing.

I'd like the send from address to show my O365 account, but you only allow Google workspace or Gmail addresses. And even if I switched email providers, you've pointed out that you do not allow using the custom send from email address when sending invoices in batch. Please fix this!
