I want to unbatch payments so I can do an instant deposit on ONE payment, not all the payments made in one day. Is this possible?

Hello, Laurel. Currently, QuickBooks does not support unbatching payments for individual instant deposits. All instant deposits are processed based on the total available balance at the end of each day, which means selective instant deposits for individual payments aren't an option at this time.

However, you can manually request an instant deposit for payments received before the cutoff time. Here's how you can set up instant deposits for specific days before the 3:00 PM PT cutoff:

1. Navigate to Settings ⚙️.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Click on the Payments tab.
4. Go to the Deposit Speed section and select Set a schedule for instant deposits.
5. Choose the days you want instant deposits and click Save schedule.

Please remember to make your request before the 3:00 PM PT cutoff to ensure processing on the same day, keeping in mind that payments received between 2:15 and 3:15 PM are processed at normal speed.
