A customer pay me through QB but a can't have access to my money

If it's your first time processing a payment, we'll typically deposit the funds within 5 business days. The lead time may take longer since we're still setting up your account. Rest assured, we will deposit the payments much faster once the process is completed.

Also, if you process customer payments before 3 PM PT for next-day deposits, we'll deposit them in your bank account the next business day. We'll deposit payments in two business days if you process payments after 3 PM PT.

Moreover, you can check where you set up QuickBooks Payments to deposit your money. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Review the direct deposit information.
